| Chongqing Smelter(Group) Corp.,Ltd. was reformed from Chongqing Smelter in Jan, 1997, affiliated company of Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Share Holding (Group) Corp. The company was founded by famous scientist--Ye Zhupei in July, 1938.In the period of national government, it's called Resource Commission Electrochemical Smelter, and it's the first state sole proprietorship to produce electrolytic copper and electrolytic nickel in national industry. Situated in Sanjiang town of Qijiang county, the company is beside Yuqian Expressway, Yuxiang high-grade road. There is a appropriative branch railway from Sanjiang railway station to material yard of the company. Through many a time technical reformation and our effects, product varieties and industrial scale have been developed greatly, we had over 40 thousand tons comprehensive production capacity of heavy non-ferrous metals and processed products. It's a key manufacturer of non-ferrous metal powder. With powerful technical innovation capacity, unique copper scrap disposal "three procedures" technics,new electrolytic cobalt production processing and copper anode gold and silver distilling processing tech were awarded 3rd prize on scientific & technical achievement of Chongqing and 3rd prize on scientific& technical achievement of China Non-ferrous metal industry Controlling Co. respectively; alloy filtration pipe, filtration flake nickel for missile,ect were awarded 4th prize on on scientific & technical achievement of National Defence Scientific Commission. Main products: heavy non-ferrous metal: cathode copper, lead ingot, electrolytic nickel, electrolytic cobalt; ; rare metals: gold bullion, silver bullion,platinum,palladium; non-ferrous metal powder: copper powder, whiting, nickel powder, cobalt powder, bronze powder, tin powder, pot metal powder, copper tin powder, superfine nickel powder,ect; metal powder products: MONEL, flank nickel, stainless steel sheet,ect filtration medium; non-ferrous extrusion processing products: oxygen free copper,oxygen free copper; non-ferrous smelting chemicals:copper sulphate,nickel sulfate. Annual production capacity of main products: 20 thousand tons of cathode copper, 12 thousand tons of lead ingot, 2 thousand tons of electrolytic nickel, 80 tons of electrolytic cobalt, 2 thousand non-ferrous powder, 11 thousand tons of oxygen free copper materials and 1.2 thousand chemicals. |
